Frequently asked questions
What is your return policy?
Very simple: I want you to be happy with your poster. If you don't like it for any reason, get in touch with me and I will make it right, whether that is sending you a replacement or refunding you.
Can you tell me more about the posters?
The posters are available in European and American sizes, respectively A2 (42 x 59.4cm) and 18 x 24". Ordering the correct size for your country will greatly simplify finding a frame.
Panoramic prints are currently only availble in 100x40cm and are inkjet printed to order on premium pearl paper. They ship from France.
The posters are printed on heavy, high quality glossy or semi-glossy/satin paper. European orders are done by a local print shop and shipped manually, whereas overseas orders will ship from a US or Asia location. For other countries, it will be on a case by case basis. Feel free to get in touch with me if you have a specific request.
The prints are shipped rolled in a tube. This also means that they come without a frame (it would have to be a very wide tube otherwise).
How were the images taken?
All images were taken with professional DSLR cameras (Nikon D810, D850 and Z7). They have been taken by helicopter, ultralight plane, paraglider, drone, on foot and on ski! With one exception (El Capitan), they have all been shot by myself, Alex Buisse.
Can I pick up the posters in person?
Yes, you are welcome to get the prints if you are in Chamonix. Please contact me before placing your order to make sure that I will be around, as covid-19 notwithstanding, I travel quite a lot.
When will you add my favorite mountain?
That is dependent on getting the right images... Always feel free to send me a quick note with a request, as it helps me learn what to focus on next.
Currently on the list for future posters:
- Piz Badile
- Cima Grande
- Matterhorn Italian sides
- La Meije
Can I get a bigger size, a framed version or a print without the lines?
Yes, I can offer custom printing and framing as needed. Just let me know what you are looking for, and I will get back to you with a quote.
You forgot a route, or one of the lines is wrong!
That is a definite possibility, and I apologize if that happens. Not all the routes are necessarily shown, as they might not be visible enough in this particular photo, or might be too obscure or dangerous. Please let me know about any omissions or mistakes and I will do my best to correct them on future editions.
Where do you ship? How much is shipping?
We ship worldwide. European orders are shipped from France, and overseas from locations in the US, Asia or Australia.
